Crimson Summer Academy Mentor

The Crimson Summer Academy is a residential college-access program for high school students in Boston, Cambridge, or Somerville public schools with a passion for learning, a desire to excel, and a commitment to belong to an intellectual community. 

Every summer, the Crimson Summer Academy hires approximately 25 undergraduate students to serve as mentors for Crimson Summer Academy high school students. Mentors serve as teaching assistants for math, writing, or science classes and organize community building activities to create a positive and engaging academic experience for students.

About the CSA Mentor Position

The CSA mentor position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills in mentoring, event planning, tutoring, and more.  CSA mentors play an integral role in cultivating a warm community where Scholars can thrive academically and socially. Scholars have relied on mentors for support, guidance, and inspiration.
